A Certificate of Quality is a complete quality of analysis of a polished diamond.
The Carat Weight
The carat weight is taken out to four decimels for greatest accuracy.
The Clarity
The clarity is determined by using a corrected loupe at ten power magnification.
The Color
The color is determined by comparison to approximately one carat size, master comparison
diamonds. Fancy color diamonds are determined by comparison to Munsell color order
standards as presented in the book The World of Color.
The Comments
The comments are listed if there is any significant comments to that particular diamond.
The Plot
The plot is an accurate representation of the diamond internal and external indentfing
charateristics and inclusions.
